Sharon Spence will be joining our leading women’s panel on the 12th January 2013 at Birkbeck, University of London.

Sharon is a Management Accountant who has been in the industry for 21 years.  She is currently based in Wirral and works as a business operations specialist / consultant for Accenture and has done so for the past five years.

Sahron is passionate about people development and coaching others.  She is very much a people person who is keen to inspire others to believe in themselves and reach their potential. Highlights of her career to date include project managing a leadership development program for delegates across Europe, being nominated for an Accenture Oscar in the category “leader of the future” and receiving nominations for people developer awards.

Sharon regularly volunteers and have been involved with Sports Leaders, Princes Trust and is a job coach for Business in the community (BITC) and Business action on homelessness (BAOH).  Job coaching has allowed her to coach and mentor homeless clients, whilst assisting them in their search for sustainable employment.

She has a wonderful little girl aged 9 and also teaches dance classes in her spare time.
