Sarah’s session will begin with an introduction to what inspired me to learn to meditate; being diagnosed with Leukaemia in 2004. You will learn the positive benefits that meditation can have on your mood, health, mental state and general ‘Well Being’.
Sarah will then invite you to try it out for yourself, to show you just how simple it is! You will leave the session feeling energised but relaxed. You will also leave with the knowledge and power to change your own ‘state’ whenever you need to in the future.
