The Trust are interested in work that develops new ways of addressing the root cause of London’s social problems, especially work which has the potential to influence and change policy, practice and public attitudes. The Trust is willing to take risks by supporting unpopular causes and activities that government is unlikely to fund. Deadline for application is 4 February 2014. Greggs Foundation
These regional grants aim to help community organisations to deliver activities that they would not otherwise be able to and provide new experiences for the most disadvantaged people. Grants of up to £2,000 are available; priority will be given to organisations that have Greggs shops or premises nearby. Deadline for application is 17 February 2014. Heart Research UK
Innovative projects designed to promote heart health and prevent the risks of heart disease in specific groups of communities are eligible to apply.
