Natalie has worked for Rolls-Royce for 15 years where she has undertaken various roles within HR – her experience at RR includes creating a new HR Global Shared Service and leading a team of 30 as a HR Customer Operations manager.
Prior to working at Rolls-Royce Natalie’s experience includes being a Ski Representative during University and heading up a language school as a TEFL head teacher, She also worked as a Lead Recruitment Consultant.
Natalie enjoys a challenge and making a difference for others. She is a mentor for the Aspire foundation.
In her spare time Natalie loves spending time with her gorgeous two children, family & friends …and is attempting to follow in Gary Barlow’s footsteps – by creating a charity concert called “Get Quirky for Christmas” for her local community.
