I joined Talenthouse a year and a half ago from Universal Music Group where I headed up the music and brand partnerships team.

Talenthouse is a platform for aspiring creative talent to access life changing opportunities to collaborate with famous brands and established artists. I am responsible for bringing these collaboration opportunities to the platform, working closely with brands, music labels and media agencies. So far, we’ve been working with the likes of adidas, Playstation, Intel, Sennheiser, Sony Music and EMI Music.

We promote every campaign to a network of universities and creative communities (including our own) so the host brand or artist benefits from unique PR buzz and positive conversations. At the heart of every campaign is a life changing opportunity in terms of cash, exposure or mentoring for the winning participant, which might be an aspiring artist, film-maker, fashion designer, photographer or musician.

Recently we hosted a Nokia campaign giving two winning film-makers the chance to have their films screened at Sundance London and also receive a cash prize. With adidas eyewear, we gave three winners the chance to have their sun glass designs go into global production and sold by adidas eyewear. For Florence & The Machine, we gave artists and photographers the chance to create her a unique vinyl sleeve. These are some examples of the opportunities we are creating.

At Talenthouse, I love the fact that every person who participates to one of our challenges will get votes, shares etc and grow their audience. This is down to our viral sharing technology meaning that every campaign scales to reach bigger mainstream audiences. Our campaigns attract large audiences to become involved socially in the voting stage, which is why many brands now view our campaigns as a unique social media adverting solution.

I am excited to be creating opportunities for aspiring talent across the globe whilst helping brands to create engaging campaigns that get people sharing, liking and commenting on content that they are interested in. For participants, we often see them go on to achieve much bigger things and many write to us letting us know that getting involved in our campaigns has been life changing in many ways.

Outside of work, I enjoy music, travelling with my husband, playing tennis and making neon lights!
