Edna owns her own consultancy (Agbarha People Consulting) and likes the freedom that this offers her to create positive change in her clients. Recent consultancy work has included executive coaching assignments and the design and facilitation of an Away Day with the entire Board of the NHS South London CSU to agree the new strategic direction.
