Nikky is a personal barber to a multitude of Premiership and international footballers.
He is passionate about helping others and encourages those around him to further their education and enhance their skills. He supports young people who are interested in his trade via the well-known charity Kids Company.
Nikky received a recognition award from the Ghana society UK in 2014 and also appeared in his local press.
He is a very humble and well-established stylist who wants to see the progression of young people and those around him.

Pamela is cited as one of the most recognised thought leaders and vocal advocates for diversity across the private sector and has 20 years’ experience in managing diversity within engineering and financial services.
After graduating in law, she began her career at Bechtel Ltd as an employment law and diversity specialist where as a pioneer she successfully built the business case for diversity.
In 1999 as one of the first diversity practitioners to the City, she joined Goldman Sachs as the Head of Diversity for Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA), where she firmly established diversity as an imperative for financial institutions.
Pamela joined Barclays Capital in 2001 as Director of Diversity for EMEA, where she was responsible for developing and executing the diversity strategy across the region, with oversight for Asia Pacific (APAC).
In November 2003, Pamela moved across to Deutsche Bank initially as a consultant and in January 2004 she joined permanently as a Director heading up Diversity for the UK responsible for translating the global strategy into local pragmatic, business specific activities.
In February 2011 after taking a career break, Pamela joined Northern Trust initially as Head of Diversity for EMEA and in 2013 assumed the role of Chief Diversity Officer for EMEA & APAC where she has responsibility for developing and delivering the strategic agenda for diversity & inclusion (D&I) across the region whilst integrating it into people processes and business practices.
Pamela is an expert advisor on the D&I board for the Department for Energy and Climate Change a Director at the London Bubble Theatre and a school governor at Malden Parochial Church of England Primary School.
Pamela was a finalist in the European Diversity Awards 2013 in the Inspirational Role Model of the Year category and a finalist at the inaugural Black British Business Awards 2014 in the Financial Services Leader category.

Channel 4 News is looking for motivated, and engaged young people aged 16 – 21 to take part in a big diversity careers day on Thursday 16 October.
All the main news broadcasters in the UK are holding an “Open Newsroom” event to encourage young people from diverse backgrounds to consider a career in television news. The event is being organised by the Creative Diversity Network, which seeks to address the under-representation of BAME and other minorities within the television industry.
This is an all-day, interactive, event starting at 09:00 – 16 00. You will get a behind-the-scenes look at a TV newsroom, get practical tips and advice on how to get into journalism, take part in workshops and mini-screen tests. Lunch and refreshments provided.

Charlene L. Nyantekyi (Speaker) – Hospitality Director at AEG Europe – Women Who Inspire – Wednesday 28th May 2014
Charlene L. Nyantekyi will be joining the Inspirational YOU ‘Women Who Inspire’ panel at the Impact Hub in Brixton on Wednesday 28th March 2014.
Prior to obtaining her position with AEG Europe, Ms. Nyantekyi was the Premium Memberships Manager for Arsenal Football, where she spent 13 years. Something people may not be aware of is that Charlene actually started her time at Arsenal as their match day receptionist, but very quickly worked her way into a full time position, eventually becoming a key member of the team taking the Arsenal Hospitality proposition from Highbury to Emirates Stadium.
Drawing on many years of practiced experience in her field, Ms. Nyantekyi parlays her knowledge into her position with AEG Europe, providing engaging hospitality experiences across the entertainment industry. In her capacity as Hospitality Director, she oversees the strategic planning of European Live tour proposals as well as sales and hospitality delivery services for Artists ranging from Justin Bieber, Alicia Keys to Bon Jovi and the Rolling Stones.
She has also been recognised by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in entertainment services.
Angela Harper will be joining the Inspirational YOU ‘Get ahead in sport’ panel in Derby on Thursday 24th April 2014.
Angie Harper was originally appointed as Football Development Administrator in July 2008. That November, Angie was appointed as the Women’s and Girls Football Development Officer.
Angie graduated from University of Derby in 2006 with a BA (Hons) in Sports Studies. She is also a Level 2 football and Level 1 hockey coach.
Angie’s role encompasses, increasing female participation and supporting club development and the Football 4 Girls projects. Offer support for female league development. Recruit and support female coaches, volunteers, young leaders and referees. Support and develop opportunities for under-represented groups, particularly players with disabilities and players from minority ethnic communities.

Troy Townsend will be joining our evening Inspire YOUth masterclass entitled ‘The secret to my success’ at The College of Haringey and Enfield in North East London on Tuesday 18th February 2014.
Troy is Kick It Out’s Mentoring and Leadership Project Manager and father Andros Darryl Townsend, who plays as a winger for Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur and for the England national team.
Honoured at Buckingham Palace as one of The Football Association’s (FA) 150 ‘Grassroots Heroes’ in 2013, Troy is a well-known figure across non-league and grassroots football.
He has previously managed Cheshunt and Leyton, and most notably reached The FA Cup First Round Proper while on the coaching staff of Slough Town and Boreham Wood.
Troy, who has coached at grassroots level for over 25 years and now runs the S&T academy in East London, plays a key role in educating the younger generation on equality and diversity issues.
He has worked for Kick It Out since September 2011 and delivers special ‘Equality and Diversity’ workshops to Football League scholars and young people across the country.
