Monika is an experienced HR Leader with a track record in delivery across global organisations in the energy, shared services and telecommunications industry.

In her current role, as VP Human Resources UK at Shell, Monika is responsible for delivering the integrated People agenda for Shell’s 6000+ employees in the UK. Monika’s previous roles include Global HR Lead for Customer Operations, an organisation of 2000+ staff delivering the customer experience for Shell’s B2C and B2B customers and VP HR for Shell Business Operations, an organisation comprising 10,000 staff spanning India, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, Scotland and South Africa.

Monika is passionate about driving employee experience, creating an engaging and inclusive environment to maximise individual and business impact and developing people to be their best.

Diversity and inclusion are at the core of Monika’s values and she advocates what diversity in all forms including thought, style and experience can bring to teams and decision making.
